The ChefMaster commercial 2-1/2-gallon salad dryer has all the same features and approvals as the ChefMaster 5-gallon salad dryer. It will dry about 3 heads of lettuce at a time. This unit was developed for commercial applications that need a quality lettuce dryer but do not have the space for the 5-gallon unit. Both units are equipped with drainage hoses so that the water can be easily directed to the nearest drain.
